I am totally feeling you, Daylight Savings. I am totally feeling you.

I now no longer wake up at a dark, dreary 6am morning. Instead, a hint of "sunshine and daylight" pours through my window (sunshine and daylight in quote because there were no sunshine or daylight this moring - just a thick blanket of storm clouds. Ugh!).

Nevertheless, I'm still happy to wake up and see a light-filled day.

Will keep my eye out on the mail for the Rudd money cheque to arrive. I really, really need new work clothes and the last time I bought something decent to wear, or went shopping for that matter, was during Boxing day sales last year. My clothes loosening up, losing their colour and their shape because I only have a handful of tops and pants to choose from. Ugh! Do you know how hard it is come Friday, when you're staring at a blank wardrobe because you've worn your best clothes during the week, and come up with a half-decent work ensemble?! Bloody hard!

Anyway so my shopping list as soon as I get the Rudd money is:

1. Buy a charcoal business suit. Must must must for meetings!
2. Buy black heels. Wait for Nine West to have a 60% off sale first!
3. Buy a cream trench coat. A decent one please, Trish, so it has a good cut and fit.

I'm thinking $500 will go to all of these. I can't wait to start shopping! DFO and Birkenhead Point, here I come! Oh yeah!
